Rachel McNeese: Founder and President As founding owner and president of Richardson Communications, Rachel McNeese guides the organization in its mission to provide full-service technology solutions to clients. With over seventeen years in the industry and experience in both hardware and networks, Rachel brings a comprehensive approach to managing daily voice and data needs and delivering against long-term technology projects. Rachel’s career began in sales and customer support. This experience gave her the in-depth knowledge around life cycle management of solution selling and post implementation support. Rachel later worked as a Network Specialist with Avaya, where she learned the importance of end-to-end consultation and customer advocacy in an industry filled with carriers and vendors with their own agendas. In addition to her work with Richardson Communications, Rachel is also active in her community. She was instrumental in the launch of a Crime Watch Patrol group in Richardson, Texas. She also volunteers with Senior’s Net, a non-profit charity that provides services to senior citizens. Rachel currently sit on three advisory councils

Lorana Rush: Customer Experience Manager Lorana Rush is the leader of Richardson Communications and Consulting’s Customer Loyalty Program.  Lorana has worked with RCC for 6 years as a Solutions Expert.  With 17 years of industry experience, Lorana has a vast knowledge of traditional and cloud services as well as a proven record a providing “White Glove” support to customers that is unmatched.  Her commitment to RCC and her dedication to our clients is the reason she was chosen as an invaluable Customer Experience Manager.

Cassandra Smith: Implementation Manager Cassandra Smith is the Implementation Manager for Richardson Communications and Consulting in McKinney, Texas. She has been in the communications industry for the past 30 plus years with 10 years at Verizon and  10 years at Williams Communications. She has held multiple positions such as Major and Senior Account Manager, Project Manager and Implementation Manager. She completed the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer by training for 6 weeks to complete the 39.3 miles raising over $4,000.00. When she isn’t glued to her computer screen, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her husband and two sons watching the Dallas Cowboys. .

Jaime Zarate: Executive Director, Cloud Services Industry veteran and former XO Cloud evangelist and strategist, Jaime Zarate brings more than 20 years of telecommunications, systems integration, IT outsourcing and managed services experience to Richardson Communications and Consulting. His extensive background includes working in a variety of functional areas which make him particularly suited to leading the Cloud Services Consulting Practice.  Jaime brings a unique, broad understanding of aligning a clients strategy with processes, applications, infrastructure and networks, as well as, extensive hands-on experience in the development and deployment of cloud solutions. Before joining Richardson Communications and Consulting, Jaime had been a strategic planning and cloud services consultant to companies  such as AT&T, Fujitsu, Rockwell, Unisys and XO Communications. He also served in business development and global alliance management roles.

Stacy Nicholson: National Sales Consultant With over 16 years of Telecom experience, Stacy Stanley has extensive background in offering consultative services, and creating customized IT solutions. At RCC, Stacy provides in depth IT and Telecom Expense Management analysis which identifies a companies spend and develops a custom plan to implement that is aligned with our clients goals and budgets. Stacy has successfully implemented solutions for businesses throughout Texas in various industries.

With over 16 years of Telecom experience, Stacy Stanley has extensive background in offering consultative services, and creating customized IT solutions. At RCC, Stacy provides in depth IT and Telecom Expense Management analysis which identifies a companies spend and develops a custom plan to implement that is aligned with our clients goals and budgets. Stacy has successfully implemented solutions for businesses throughout Texas in various industries.

Christian Anniboli: Digital Marketing Intern Christian Anniboli is currently a student in Austin, Texas, where he is majoring in Business with a specialization in Economics. Christian previously interned with EarthLink Business where he procured Corner Bakery as a high-billing customer.  He will be returning as an RCC veteran this summer assisting in growing the RCC Business Partner Program.

Bridget McGuire: – Administrative Intern Bridget McGuire was born and raised in Oklahoma City. Bridget has a love for philanthropy and has worked with multiple local organizations such as the Regional Food Bank, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, the OKC Boathouse Foundation, OK Humane, and more. Through her internship experience, she has worked in accounting at Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores. This summer Bridget will work alongside the team at Richardson Communications.
